I’ve Been Fortunate to Coach Thousands — and I See the Game Through a Different Lens

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of players. Through that experience, I’ve come to realize that I don’t just watch the game — I study it differently. Not because others are wrong, but because I naturally see how pieces fit together. I notice chemistry. I recognize intangibles. I can sense who elevates teammates and who thrives in certain systems.

I believe I have a unique ability to project growth, potential, and long-term fit — and at some point in my coaching career, I plan to build my own draft board to reflect that vision.
