Camp Levels: Beginner to Competitive

Beginner

Building Confidence Through Fundamentals

Brand new to basketball

Learning basic skills and rules

Introductory level, fundamentals focused

Intermediate

Developing Skills and Game Awareness

Solid basics, learning game strategy

Team experience with developing skills

Wants to be at a basketball camp

Competitive

Elevating Performance and Basketball IQ

Advanced skills with strong fundamentals

Experienced team player, game ready

High intensity, competitive mindset

These three levels provide a simple framework to help families choose the right fit. I know parents sometimes overthink placement — that’s completely understandable. Most Intermediate and Competitive camps include a balanced mix of players and work out well. When camps are listed as grades 3–6, we typically separate into 3rd & 4th and 5th & 6th grade groups to keep instruction age-appropriate.
